If have wanted to try CrossFit for a while but have been on the fence then our BURN-X class was made for you!
This 30 day, 45-minute group fitness class uses light objects and bodyweight movements to sweat your way to a better you. No heavy weights, no complex movements and no fitness experience necessary.
The camp starts on Monday, January 6th and goes until February 6th.
IMPORTANT: Classes are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 7am only
Camp also includes a nutrition Q&A on the Ketogenic Diet and unlimited In-Body scans during the camp.
